Correct, He injects her with (as far as he has come) the anti virus. He then sits down with her in his arms holding her, she starts loosing fur and her eyes are red and her teeth are veined. And then she lounges at him but he holds her down, if you litsen you could hear a small crack which is him breaking her neck... So sad <;(
