i think that although freddie mercury had a emmaculate and unique voice, it was not his voice combined with the phenominal drumming of roger taylor, the spectacular base playing of john deacon, and the un believeable guitar superstar that was brian may, that shot Queen to the climax of their fame. i believe that it was that freddie was a perfect front-man, after all it is one thing to interact with an audience at a gig. but it is a completly differant and much harder task, to connect with your audience. this is a rarley seen trait that very very few singers (front-men to be more precise) actually posses. Freddie Merdury and Queen were the perfect combination to make the perfect atmosphere in a concert. it is sad that Queen will never be the same without Freddie. R.I.P. Freddie, R.I.P. Queen.

I can't help but be somewhat depressed at the fact that no matter what every member of this band will die of something. Same with a lot of other bands too, but Brian May is just so much of a badass that I can't help but feel as though when he dies it would be a tragic loss to the world.

Although he did do a song with "Dappy"... From "N-Dubz"... Oh Brian...
