I'd just like to point out that ON THE COVER OF THE GAME(back cover, or front, if special edition, methinks) the words PREPARE TO DIE are written. In caps. And possibly bold. Hell, they probably should have underlined it.
Imma level 30, ad try to play the game without a walkthrough, but where the frack am I suppose to go next? I can kill drakes, albiet one at a time, but then there is that big-ass stone dragon that shoots poison.I found a city I can't really enter because it poisons me (Blight-town uses Toxic! It's super-effective!)
I've rang the top bell, and I've found this mother-fucking Hydra who is super accurate when it comes to killing me as I fight crystals, and I killed the prettiest thing I've seen in the game so far, the butterfly with the lovely music and kiler-fucking-magic. Oh, and those skeletons in the cave keep growing back. So, my question to anyone reading this post, or the game designers, or just the universe in general, is; WHAT THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSE TO DO NEXT?!?! AAAAAAHHHHHHHH

bggedde (04/26/2012) [-] LOL i'm gonna give you hints: 1 to get the skelletons in the cave make a DIVINE (you get the divine ember afther defeating the butterfly in the Darkroot garden, and give it to Andrei:P) weapon (it kills the skeletons permantly ;)) then you will enter a ''skeleton'' world (lol i dont remember the name), and go and herp around there and you should stumbel over an knigth with an great axe(requers 32-36 in strengt and 15-20 in dex) so uppgrade these skills! when you get that weapon, uppgrade it to an +5 weapon(max), and then you should kill most things in 1-2 hits ;) (exept bosses lol).
If you have trouble in Bligthtown, go to the darkroot garden and fram some moss ;), (I had 40+ normal moss first time I entered, and around 20 moss against toxic, and I used almost both upp >.<) and on the botton of Bligththown there are actually iselands to stay on :P and rememer to uppgrade resistanse, (I am in level 109 (i think and i have still resistande in lvl 16).
The stone dragon, if you have made him hostile i dont think you can make him un-hostile, but you can cut off it's tail, you get a dragon weapon (requiers 50 strength i think) but just really uppgrade the knigth great axe since it scales with both strengt and dex ;) (dragons weapons don't scale with anyting.:( )
And yes i have noticed that ''Prepare to die'' but silly me, though it was ''not that hard'' and afther 1 hour i almost gave up >.<
use as little as walkthroos as psooible, it's gonna ruin your game paly (talk from experience :( ) and good work if you havent used any walkthroo untill now :D

you are going upp tp Anor londor and ''do some stuff'' then you should find out there whats next afther Anor londor.

Dark Souls is one of my favorite games for the PS3. My first playthrough was with a friend.. It made it easier, but not by a whole lot. I'm currently on my second playthrough.
