I've always felt really, really fat, so I've been going to the gym the past few months to lose some weight, especially after my doctor told me I was fat. I was feeling super self-conscious because I now have stretch marks.

<----MFW I read your post.

Thanks OP, you made my day :)

Try cocoa butter, a good friend lost about 150lbs and has a 6 pack now.
He still has a "tongue" on his belly but the stretch marks are gone.

Wish i could go to the gym. I'm 6'1" and 180lbs. I can't really work it out due to medical conditions...

okay, well what medical conditions are we looking at?

ive got a secret for you, you dont need a gym. gyms are only good for guys who are really trying to build strength for something specific, body builders, fighters (me), and such. all the other fat bodies are only fooling themselves.

pushups, even girl pushups,

sit ups, or crunches,

walking or running,

thats really all you need. when you can handle that find monkey bars and do pull ups,
or do tricep dips with two chairs. man theres a whole list of things you can do, but it all depends on your medical condition.

anything short of paralysis and i guarantee i can figure something out for you.

also sorry bout my text cutting off i pressed enter and it submitted, no idea why.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome, some weird mucus thing, and whenever i exercise too much, i get a pain in my testicles and I have to stop.

Yeah... I am riddled with health problems.

have you told your doctor about your testicle thing? because you shouldnt have pain anytime you exert yourself
User avatar #98 to #97 - AccWasLost (02/07/2012) [-]

HOOAH future ma'am, i almost went ROTC but decided to enlist and submit an officer packet later, have more respect for what my soldiers do and all that jazz. Congrats.
User avatar #92 to #89 - pokemasterbaker (02/03/2012) [-]
You made a smart choice! You are respected more if you are enlisted first then become an officer. Now I really wish I would have just went enlisted, but with only one year left might as well finish. lol
User avatar #95 to #92 - bloodisredsweat (02/04/2012) [-]
yea, im gonna make a big point of saying im an o1E not an o1, lol but yea, no reason not to finish, just listen to your sargents dont be dick and youll be fine haha.
whats the quote?
the problem with soldiers is that they dont have any idea what they want in an officer,
but they know EXACTLY what they DONT want. hahaha

(OP) Glad that I made you smile! Plus, it is excellent you are starting to get healthy! It is painful our bodies can shrink back without leaving marks, but just remember your story of how you got your stripes :) Congrats!
