old content is old, but yeah, you don't have to be muscular to do any of that. For the lifting things with her hair, she often used pulleys and **** (which as we learned in grade school makes lifting heavier things way easier). Also, I don't know many girls capable of lifting their own body weight who are jacked as ****.

As far as running, just look at any olympic runners. They aren't very muscular, because for fast motions like that you need lean muscle.

And as far as the dragging around 50 pounds of hair, first of all where did you get that figure, and second that would only affect her neck and possibly shoulder muscles (and you can carry quite a bit on your head for a long period of time without noticeable 'buffing' of the neck muscles).
