You don't have to be muscular in order to do any of this, it's all relative to your own body weight. Look at where Bruce Lee was, he was MUCH MUCH weaker than I am as far as being able to lift weights goes, he was in such good shape that you could see nearly every muscle on his body. He was able to do well over 200 push-ups in one sitting, he was strong with his own body weight. I weigh 195 lbs. and I can barely do 70 push-ups.
