I like feel good news.
All the people who keep raging about the war and how every president is apparently Hitler, despite the fact that they are 15 years old and have never served in the military.
Fuck you.
You have no idea what war is like. Just because you watched Band of Brothers and play Call of Duty does make you an expert on Military strategy and foreign relations.
Your feelings on Bush are irrelevant.
You can call it an unnecessary war if you want.
But I fucking saw the mass graves in Iraq.
Just because you watched CNN or FOX or whatever does not mean you have a grip on what really happens in the world.
So do us all a favor and keep your uninformed prepubescent rambling to yourself.
You aren't impressing anyone.

Most of the people on this site are too young to remember, but Bush was pretty much a boss before the media went full retard on him. He was an epic leader at a time when people needed one. He gave an powerful speech at ground zero and threw a perfect pitch at Yankee Stadium just after the attacks. He inspired people is dark times. That's what a good leader does.
Everyone wanted to go after the people responsible so we invaded Afghanistan. Then the Patriot Act was passed to make sure something like that could never happen again. He gave the people exactly what they asked for and he get's crucified for it because the general public changes it's mind at the drop of a hat.
His actions made the country a lot safer. The Patriot Act has stopped dozens of documented plots. Despite what the media says, we are winning the war on terror. We've taken out countless Al Qaeda officials.Their capacity for planning another attack has been greatly diminished. If we hadn't gone after them they would be free to strike again.
