look mate I don't want to have to cross refference of the entire internet before I pinkie up a bit of content . I pinkie up what I think is awesome or funny I don't want to check upload times , and usernames , and scan the comic or whatever for watermarks and all I just want to be able to pinkies and being banned from pinkieing 3 days in a row isn't exactly making me want to continue using this site

Last time I checked, the pinkies on the side said "Funny" and "Junk" not "OC" or "retoast". I don't agree with posting copyrighted content, but that has nothing to do with whether or not it's funny. And quite honestly, I shouldn't be penalized for voting up something that I think is funny. I would understand if I was causing a disruption on a the site by it, but I was just asked if I thought it was funny or not. I don't know, I'm starting to be afraid to pinkie up anything anymore.

People shouldn't get banned for retoasting. Not everyone that goes one this site has seen every last thing that has gone through. They should be courteous enough that they don't retoast things hours after they were first posted, but if something was posted a month ago, then guess what. There are new people coming to this site. They haven't seen it. The person who posted it the first time isn't going to retoast it. We wanna laugh..It doesn't matter if the stuff has been on here before. People don't like retoasting because those that do that retoast immediately, and suddenly we are seeing the same thing 4 times in the same day.

The problem is that you can't always know what's a retoast and what's OC. Getting punished for pinkieing up copyrighted content you don't know isn't OC is bullshit.

I think it's the vote banning that's getting annoying to some people, not the actual banning of the posters. Some people vote up not knowing it was copyrighted and then they get charged with it.

Why not instead of banning people for pinkieing this content up, Make people MODERATORS, who can clean up these posts with a few clicks! 3 or 4 people cleaning up the site would help out with a large majority of the problem, and it would lighten the load on our black admin!
