I'm from the south-eastern part of USA... So it may be considered different elsewhere.
But the top panels are considered tube tops, and the bottom panels are considered a tank top, here.

hmm oh I read wrong, my bad. we don't really use the word tank top, but I mixed tube and tank... sorry :) yeah tube tops don't have straps
