Seriously i had nokia 3310, for a long time (4 years i ago i was still using it), and it fell from the 2nd floor of my building on the pavement (about 5meters). I had to pick up the keyboard, the screen, the both part of the case and the battery, i put it back together and it worked perfectly.

The trend being spamming front/hot page with Nokia posts, not the posts themselves. There were times I'd see 15 of them at a time in Hot page.

people always make the mistake of thinking diamond is an invincible piece of magic. it really isnt. the definition of hard is that it is difficult to scratch; not break. diamond, being the hardest material in existence, can only be scratched by another piece of diamond. all you need to smash a diamond to pieces is a decent hammer (dont try this on your mom's/wife's engagement ring).
think of it in terms of glass and wood. glass is incredibly hard, yet you can break it if you drop it. on the other hand, you cant really break wood that easily but you can still scratch it with your fingernail.

tl;dr
>diamond=hard
>wood=soft
>diamond=breakable
>wood=unbreakable
>hard=/=unbreakable

i hope you learned something :)

While diamond is the hardest naturally-occurring mineral known, it is also brittle. The hardness means that it is difficult to cut, but the brittleness means that it is likely to splinter or shatter if enough pressure is exerted. In the case of a diamond hit with a hammer, the likelihood that the diamond will shatter will increase with the force of the hammer (based mostly on the weight) and will further increase if the diamond has any significant inclusions (indicated by a flaw in the diamond).
just thought i'd add on :)

they use very small diamonds that have been 'crushed' and coat a blade in them

Diamond is no longer the hardest substance:
Wurtzide Boron Nitride (18% harder than diamond)
Lonsdailete (54% harder than diamond, another isotope of carbon)
