You ask which direction the bus is going and imply that it is going left because of the absence of doors on the visible side, however, if that were true, then we would be able to see either a much larger driver-side window (city, military, or prison bus) or a retracted stop sign (school bus). Since neither door, enlarged window, or stop sign are present, it is clear this is not a bus at all.
