To those who want to know how I did it: I use VH Multicam Studio, put the Screen Capturer as webcam and select to capture only part of the screen. I put 2 browser windows, one as the Jonas Brothers video and one as the omegle/chatroulette<br />
Download the program, then Reboot your computer, then start the program, then go File -&gt; Add Camera -&gt; VH ScrCap<br />

Download the program, then Reboot your computer, then start the program, then go File -&gt; Add Camera -&gt; VH ScrCap<br />
Then right click where just showed up Vh ScrCap, go to capture, press select and select the area you want to show<br />
