actually i believe that aku aku refers to the spiritual guardians that watched over damned souls. i dont know what language it is from but it is believed that the easter island heads were used as aku aku's.

well recently i watched the whole show again and let me tell you something with today parental guide and company like to play it safe there is no way they can show samurai jack in any cartoon channel what so ever

If they're that strict now, I guess Jack is considered an Anime instead of a Cartoon now? Little kids shows don't really go well with me, which is why I don't really watch CN anymore. I miss the days when they had things such as Anime on it, but it wasn't long before they cut all of that out and stopped showing it. Now it's full of utter Richard Simmonsgotry that I have no interest watching >.>...

That's because they seemed to have bumped down their target audience from a good range of 5 - 17 to 2 - 10 years old. It's all shit now. There's not really any good REAL teen networks anymore. Now I'm 18, an adult, but all the adult shows are boring sitcoms and what not, and I don't care about those so much (though there are some good ones).

I've had to resort to the internet for what I'm looking for. Unfortunately, because of things like Toonami shutting down, my Anime shows have pretty much almost stopped being translated into English, because they stopped plans to broadcast them in the U.S. anymore.

Last episode was the duel between Jack and Aku where Aku fights jack as a human, but cheats anyway and runs off.

It was concluded at that point, and the ending was Jack continuing his quest, but we don't know the outcome. I think the show was just nearing the end of it's plans and budget so they cut it off.

I hate how just about all Cartoon Network shows are incredibly short and temporary. It's just not the network to watch for good length shows, it's just for little kids with short attention spans. Ever since they dropped Toonami the only thing worth watching has been Adult Swim, and they may as well just get their own network and let CN burn.
