I've all but stopped visiting FJ because of this, nearly every session my Virus shield alerts me to an attempted infection. Once it got through and took me a wasted night of countering it. Using Firefox, will look into a adblocker addon, thanks.

I too have gotten two viruses on my labtop. However I only get viruses when I am visiting using the Internet Explorer browser. Google Chrome has yet to give me a virus since I started to use it

you're so right. Funnyjunk IS Infested with Viruses, Mostly Trolls and reposters. and there's nothing any one of us can do about it, except advocate genocide. which is bad mojo anyways.

i just wanted to tell some people about the actual problem because alot of these fly under the radar of alot of av's software and before you know it your systems shitcanned

thanks for the heads up, at least. But 90% of people could care less. I use chrome and have had Zero issues so far. So idk what to tell ya
