I was stating that the dial-up tone lacks the capabilites of sounding like dubstep without the presences of a subwoofer.

And he was saying that the dial-up noise is a terrible and annoying sound, just like Dubstep. I hate to break a joke down like that, but you're all sorts of retarded.

Chances are you arent older than the internet. That has been around since the 60s I believe. Of course it was not in our homes. It was more used as an "MSN" type of deal between mainframe computers and terminals.
