Technically speaking a drake is a male dragon.
Only females grow to the massive winged beasts we see in games and movies but the males wings do not fully grow and instead form lange spikes the stick out of their elbows.

It's hard to even call it OC, I mean it's just as basic as how technically all those arrow to the knee jokes were OC.

I actually found the other version (poster below but can't remember the name) where it just says "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me" and just has the "O really?" picture. Atleast that lets your mind make the joke so its funny. This one just explained the whole damn thing out and it more annoyed me than anything.

It also says that “ The line of septims have been Dragon born which has lead to the simplistic notion that of this being hereditary.”
Now, because the dragonborn you play in Skyrim incredibly brave, it might be safe to assume that his ancestors were brave. And also that one of them might have been brave enough to get it on with some 800 ton dragon booty, which is why you are dragonborn in the first place.
