I used to be a spartan

It was an actual historical battle; The Battle of Thermopylae. It's pretty surprising that you didn't know the famous outcome of the battle.

I am familiar with the battle, pretty sure there's a difference between a war that happened years ago and a GFX movie. Nice try though, internet information sure helped you out there.

Its pretty much the same without the weird animals and freaks of nature. Leonidas did say "Tonight we dine in the underworld" There was 300 of them, they did defend a small path in the mountains, they were betrayed and they were all killed. I have read the entire account of the battle and I have seen the film. The major thing wrong with the film is the fact that the Spartans didn't fight in formation for a lot of it.
