I'm a Christian and hold the "Love thy neighbor" thing in high regard.
I don't give a shit if my neighbor's gay...his sexual orientation has no negative affect on my life, so why would I hate him for it?
Also, my gay friend helps get me laid by making sure I look acceptable before I go on dates. So by some powerful universal math equation, having a gay friend equals sex with pretty ladies.
