It is so public schools can have pizza as a grain, and a vegetable nutrition source. It is basically adding onto to the federal lunch program legislation, which gives kids the ability to eat healthy at school, so that means they need all five food groups a day. But give it to people to not fucking research a topic and understand why they did it, and than they call congress dipshits.
