If you to describe Han solo by his personality ONLY, meaning not story, or job, could you? Pft, yeah, easily, can you do the same for Qui-gon from the second trilogy? What about Mace Windu? Also, who is the main character of the second trilogy? If you say Anakin, why don't you see him until 40+ minutes in the movie? I'm backing all this up because this will be probably thumbed down by anyone who thinks the second trilogy is better, simply because it's more "actiony"

4000 years before episode 1: Darth Revan's Sith Empire, when he dies, Darth Kreia's Sith kill majority of the Jedi.
1000 years before episode 1: Sith at theirpeak, Darth Bane kills them, leaving him and one other to establish the Rule of Two
Episode 1-2: Sith come out of hiding, Clone Wars
Episode 3: Sith kill most Jedi
Episode 4-6: Civil War against Empire, Jedi return, Rule of Two abolished.
30 years later: Lumiya's Sith take control + convert Han Solo and Leia's son. Once again defeated
100 years later: New Sith Order, kills majority of Jedi again.
Face it, the Jedi were fucked from the start.
