First Amendment: Freedom of speech and of the press.

Censoring the internet would be unconstitutional, and counterproductive to the entertainment industry IMO.

Even if the bill somehow passes, I doubt the supreme court will say it's constitutional.

Agreed. This is the same court that overturned a ban on crush videos because it was worded too broadly. Say what you will about conservatives and original intentionists (with whom I usually disagree), but they are pretty protective of the right to free expression. And hasn't Obama threatened to veto such legislation?
