When you use Alcohol 120, make sure you press whatever is under your "Virtual Drive". For me it is "(G:) JQVXMR4XEZ (0)" Right click that and then press mount image. Then find the rzr skyrim file and it should work.

Once i press the tesv.exe button, the game pops up, the "bethesda" logo pops up, then the skyrim dragon logo, and then the window closes. This may be because when I did the "Phoenix thing", it said it was installing the necessary equipment to launch the game, and it said an error had occurred. Any help???! PLEASE?!

These steps didn't really help me at all, i did everything i needed to but skyrim never showed up under my computer so now im lost. Not to mention it didn't give me an option to extract the pheonix files.
