Yeah this is totally legit, a cop would pick up a dog go up stairs just to throw it down then shoot it. Anyone who believes this is a fucking retard. Oh wait, it's on the internet it must be true!

You're mistaken about this incident.
That dog, Parrot, had already attacked several people and was going after a small child when the officer arrived. Allison, the child's mother, stepped between Parrot and her terrified son and was bitten twice on the arm before the officer stepped in.
In that picture the officer is just holding Parrot down while waiting for Animal Control to arrive with the proper equipment.
I know this for a fact because I took that picture during the incident (and posted it later on my Facebook account) and I spoke with the officer and Allison shortly after the dog was subdued.
Allison and her son are fine, by the way. She did need 13 stitches to her left arm but she has tested negative for rabies, which is the most important thing in this case. Max was pretty shaken up for a couple of days but was doing much better this past Tuesday when I took him out for ice cream.

Here is dog
this picture was moments before chinamen murdered dog. The chinamen grabbed the limbs of dog and spread it apart as if it was criminal animal without waiting to see if this technique would calm cat, chinamen picked up dog, lifted him up and through him down onto concrete staircase.
they threw dog over banister down twelve, and onto the concrete floor. then the chinamen drew katana and shot dog exectution style. Jim, the cats owner recalled the number of shots fired from the katana. Witnesses state that dog was not harming anybody, and was simply frightened by the chinamen. At no time did the cat attack the chinamen, all he did was start meowing.

Hey OP. Fuck you. When I was fifteen, I had to help my dad put down my dog. She had grown up with since I was a baby and she was a puppy. Near the end of her life she was suffering from arthritis, and she had a difficult time moving. We wrapped her up in my bed sheets to carry her. We took her to the vet, and had her put down to end her suffering. That was one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do in my life. I'm going to be 21 in a few days, and even now, almost 6 years later as I type this, I'm crying.
HOW FUCKING DARE YOU TRY TO USE SOMETHING LIKE THIS, WHETHER OR NOT IT IS REAL, TO GET MEANINGLESS thumbS ON THIS SITE.
