Kryptonite will not be able to kill Superman unless it is incorporated into a weapon, and kryptonite would be impossible to find in the DBZ universe.

Well the universe is infinite so Krypton has to be out there somewhere for Goku.
He'd use instant transmission, get some, incorporate it into a weapon, end Superman.

In all that time, Superman would have easily have been able to kill Goku with one of his many powers. Sorry to break it to you, but Goku really isn't that tough.

Sure, compared to everyone else in DBZ, Goku doesn't really impress.
But in the grand scheme of things? Goku is one tough MF'er.
Superman's biggest nemesis is just a human, what's that say right there?

In conclusion Goku could beat superman after the training with king kai (the blue fat guy that lived on the planet with super gravity in heaven) After that Goku could reach 16000 PL with kaioken x2 (because in america it says over 9000 but that was a translation error because in japan it was supposed to be over 8000) In the In the episode "over 9000 (remember it was supposed to be 8000) he could reach a power level of 32000 when he used his kaiokenx4. but he only needed kaioken x2 to reach 16000 which is higher then supermans PL and he could easily beat superman"

Supermans only weaknesses are kryptonite and magic. In the case that Goku could use Ki which is a form of magic and fuck his shit up. Hell even Harry Potter could kill Superman, not only with magic but he could also go Accio Kryptonite and pew pew motherfucker

Super man isn't invincible, just really tough. Pic related it's doomsday BEATING superman to death. so yeah Goku's probably more then strong enough to just beat Superman to death, especially with super saiyan

well done man, really any time after king Kai he would probably win, the only thing that may be a factor is the fact that superman does have quite a few abilities, as does goku, however it is totally irrelevant, because superman would probably not kill goku as he is a good guy, but every time a sayin loses a fight they get a huge power boost, and since it would be an epic battle, they would both get the shit beaten out of them.

Well it depends on what part of the galaxy that this is happening in. If we're on earth, goku is surely fucked, a super kamehameha might be enough to stun him for a bit, but superman will just come back full force and rape goku, because goku has limited power whereas superman has UNLIMITED POWAH!

Your'e leaving out Goku's saiyan ability to grow stronger after every battle AND after every near death experience. unless Goku posed a direct threat to Superman's loved ones, odds are high that Superman wouldn't kill Goku (if he managed to subdue him that is) so Goku would come back even stronger than last time and since he knows what he's up against with superman he won't hold back as much. SS3/4 (depending on what "era" of Goku we are talking about here) and Superman, still fatigued from the previous encounter with Goku would be subdued. but Goku wouldn't kill him of course

Well if we're going for canonical shit, SSJ4 doesn't exist. And Superman would only kill Goku if he posed a direct threat to Earth, and he certainly could. Superman can ONLY be hurt by kryptonite. That's it. Nothing else. He doesn't fatigue, he doesn't slow down.

superman doomsday disproves that last point. and even if they were in a situation where they had to fight, chances are lex luthor or one of Goku's rivals would interrupt it, spurring an epic alliance between them
