Thank you, it's about time we got a wonderfully large Pokémon game that takes an age to truly complete.

Or the final main story challenge can be similar to what happened in B/W but instead of a regular elite four, it could take place at the champions legaue and as you reach the finals the antagonists from each region crash the tournament and begin the final showdown. Some aspects such as double battle, triple battle, rotation battle, whatever battle can work towards it... then at the end boss, there is a scripted sequence where you lose when he has one pokemon left (think of false hope), then something happens (can't think what happens here).
The final boss betrays the other organiaztions, then miracle happens, then you battle but again its a scripted sequence, the last pokemon will automatically go to 1 HP he returns the pokemon (but you still get prize money) then runs off. Only Looker to catch up to the boss, the boss frantic to escape he uses the legendary pokemon of the game only to backfire and 'kill' the boss instead. Dramatic story sequence, then ends on a cliffhanger.
Then after credits, you're in your room as usual but when you head downstairs your mom says you got a letter when the champion league that it won't start because of re-construction but when its finished you're going to be notifed or something like that.
Then Looker tells you the boss is still alive, then you have mini-sub plot where you have a final showdown epicly... but all I know is that the final boss for the game would be you to face Red at all pokemon at lvl 100. Haven't got many ideas after that though, maybe contest side-quests? It'd be hard for a new gen to come out if such an event occured, even if it's a continuation from the previous game.

Probably got ahead of myself but i kinda envisioned this if such a pokemon game would be made but its probably too much to handle.

I like the idea of having a Champion League, maybe you have to fight each Pokémon generations playable character? That could account for a double battle during your fight with the playable characters of the first generation that let you choose your gender, same for rotation and triple battles(though I believe they both happened in Black and White).

I don't think it should involve a new legendary, I think we should have a little nostalgia when fighting big bad Red, he should have the legendary birds. They are the only Lgendaries(as far as I can remember, maybe Lugia and Ho-oh to) that are supposed to be able to pruduce young and the idea that it is a sign of his power that he trained them intrigues me.

If they kept the design basically the same( just more polished and maybe a tad more detailed) as the hand held games, they could make this think HUGE and that is what deserve. Give me a fuck load of sidequests, secrets galore, Pokémon you actually have to bring back to a professor because you're the first to find it, the ability to actually own a house and pimp it out and maybe even become a Gym Leader or have peopel actively seek you out in game to battle you.

or,(better yet) raise the level cap and the stat cap so each pokemon can be transferred from one region to another from the begining of the game

I prefer the idea that you earn the right to use previously caught Pokémon, though I do think you should be allowed access to one of your other Pokémon as a reward for defeating a regions Elite Four.

Maybe in the final stretch? After earning a full team of 6 to use from the beginning of each as yet defeated area, the Gym Leaders hear of your victories and use far more powerful Pokémon.

i agree with you except that the newest generation is complete bullcrap. I loved the first three but this last one was just terrible. the pokemon seemed to be just too big of a stretch from their animal counterparts. The trashcan pokemon for instance

I like the new generations too. Although becoming the Pokemon master has become nigh impossible, the new generations brings back the same feeling I had when I first picked up Pokemon and played it. The sense of discovering something new and saving the world from dastardly villains.

Although I thought Team Plasma was retarded for most of the game. They were pretty much Pokemon PETA.

still, i like the original 2 gens best, probably out of nostalgia. i also liked 3.
i never got that into 4. i beat like 3 gyms and didnt bother to finish it

He did say to combine GTA with pokemon so technically in GTA you can climb ledges by jumping and catching on to it.
