Do you have a pokemon team in black or white?

I'm lacking practice with my team..

I only have the first 3 gens...

Damn.

They do have some of the best pokemon though.
Minus Scrafty of course..

If you didn't notice Latias is my favorite by far :3

I love Latias, although Latios is the one in my team, since it is a strictly competition team.

My favorite is Scrafty, I love him so much I even made art of him, even though most of my art sucks

Yeah, latias is my favorite due to how cute it is, and it's great power.

Second is blaziken due to being built like a brick shit house, and third being butterfree, because it's remarkable versatile and cute.

Latias: Great power, although lower than Latios'.

Blaziken: Great attack, Speed Boost dream world ability shot it into OU this year, pretty great sweeper with Swords Dance.

Butterfree: Statuses. Statuses everywhere. Fragile though..

I remember reading somwhere latias was a bit more powerful, but maybe that applies only to gen 3, like i said, haven't played anything beyond that.

I was always more of a defensive player anyways, so I guess it suits me.

I do have quite the few pokemon with high hp / def

I remember having a few walls, namely Gliscor before.

No idea what that is.

I do tend to shift to steel type pokemon. I have a magneton, aggron, and metagross.

Steel generally have very high defense, although they would be wrecked by Sp.Atk sweepers

i have no clue any of the terminology you are using.

frankly, I just play the game, and played it with my friends, I didn't get too much into the strategy.

I know everything, even down to the seeds and secret values. All the dark, scary coding stuff.

Well frankly, I like having a few tank pokemon, like aggron, metagross, ect. I always have at least one almost purely psychic just because of their verstility, latias is perfect for this. Then I have 2 mixed typed, like blaziken. fighting / fire for a good balance of attack and special attack, with none too bad defenses either. and Salamance because of it's speed ad ability to learn moves to counter any type of pokemon.

I would explain my team, but FJ has a 2000 character limit, and I am lazy.

My team changes quite often, but blaziken and latias are almost always a constant.

Scrafty, Dragonite, and Latios are usually a constant for me, but that is in my main team.
If I wanted a specialized team, I would change everything.
