Sleight of Hand with 3,4,5 killstreaks is very effective in most objective gametypes. Scavenger Pro with 5,7,11 killstreaks is very effective in games where you aren't playing the objective and being a k/d whore.

I bet he has done it like 20times before but it's always the case that, as soon as you take the camera out things will go wrong... such as... i was doing hand stands (as you do) with my friends on a lunch break in the park, did 3 brilliant ones and i said get this one on camera so i can see what it looks like... did the handstand, fell and broke my friends nose... i laughed, he cried, i laughed more...
