Its simple
Step 1) Assemble team of 4 people including yourself
Step 2) Each member gets a different power
Step 3) Use abilities to help each other, youth person restores the teams age and provides funding, invisible person keeps team hidden, teleporter transports team wherever they need to go and God mode man is the muscle.
Step 4) Profit

teleportation. lemme 'splain myself.
First, Reverting to age five means leaving your friends behind, no videogames, no girls, no sex, no driving, no living on your own, and having to live through puberty again.
Second, the "obvious" choice of God mode-- dying at age 27 means i only get to enjoy it for 3 years and i wont be able to finish my PhD. and a 14 inch PENIS is NOT something that is desirable. it pretty much guarantees that you will never be with a woman again.
My choice was then between invisibility and Teleportation. but what would you do with invisibility other than steal crap and spy on people?
with teleportation, you would never be late to anything again, would be able to travel the world, would save tons of money on car insurance and gas, and particularly for me--im from california, but i go to school 1200 miles away. visiting home would be so much simpler. and wouldnt teleporting make stealing alot easier than it would be with invisibility?
