Need a nother example dumbass? look at the My Computer icon. in 98 the computer faces the west. in 2000 it faces east. look closely dumbass.
Also look at My Network Places. in 2000 its 2 comps and a globe. in 98 its just 2 computers and not even called my network places.

Wow you must use a Mac. cuz you fucking fail so hard it make my head want to explode. Windows ME is the one nobody liked. windows 2000 was based on windows NT and was a revolutionary step toward the type of personalized OS we have today. It is acknowledged as one of the greatest and most revolutionary systems of all time. if you stuck with 98 until XP came out you fail. unless you think XP sucks too.
