Good sir, the humor is in your expectations. When we read the first line, about Roger being unable to keep friends. We could come up with a thousand explanations to why poor young Roger is unable to keep friends, and him being a penguin we assume there is a humorous explanation involved. But in the last line, we are clearly wrong. The "Probably because he was a cunt" is unexpected, thus unacceptable for our brains to comprehend, thereby making this post funny.

TL;DR - the "Roger is a cunt" is funny because we didn't expect it.
