No, So everything that was made directly after the a sun is born would be made of the stars, not its descendants. New atoms and particles are formed after the suns creation of everything, therefore unless you were born at the same time the sun was, then no, you arent made of stars

On an atomic level we are made up atoms. And so are stars. We are not made out of stars at an atomic level. Because stars are not stars at an atomic level. They are atoms of the elements hydrogen to iron or some form of radiation.
