Can you help me?? i don't understand how you took that picture and change it like that. I need help understanding on how to use paint to make rage comics and changing pictures. i don't wont to use funnyjunk rage comic maker.
1: open picture in paint
2: click the square that looks like it's made of dashes
3: drag until square surrounds part you want
4: cut
5: paste on new picture
