I'm guessing the Original Post and this were the inspiration for the robots on Fallout? These look almost exactly the same as the Protectron and the and the Robobrain.

Uhh I'm not sure if they are based off it. It's from an old show called Lost in Space. Though they do look very similar

Well, In Fallout they had gone back to the 50's/60's culture (music, movies, and clothes). That might explain why things from such an old show would be in Fallout.
