yep... He never said it in any of the books.... and in Star wars the actual line is "No, I am your father" not Luke I am your Father... everything you know is a lie.

Nope, but he has said both elemantary and dear Watson ^^
( the latter on numerous ocations) The phrase "elemantary my dear W." was made popular by one of the TV series, cant remember which one.
