All you achieve there is a shit client for minecraft, risk of a virus because you fucktards keep torrenting for minecraft because you can't pay roughly 10 euros is a lot for you. Also you slow down the progress of minecraft with it's updates and bug fixing since they are not getting money from you to play minecraft. It may seem that it's not that much of a deal if you don't pay to play it but on a large scale how many people had torrented it too?

Actually at first I torrented Minecraft, but after a while I bought it because I wanted to support the project and I wanted to play multiplayer. My point is that sometimes you want to try a game before actually bying it.

Well in that case just try the PC Gamer Demo.
It's free, easily downloaded and still up as far as I know.
It gives you 5 in game days which gets you hooked enough to buy it.
At least it did for me.

So there is another option to torrenting if you're actually wanting to look.

Even is no one purchased minecraft from this point on it wouldn't slow down the production time because he's already earned over 30 million dollars from it, thats more than enough to fund a java game
