After playing ffxiii, he does kinda have a point (just about ffxiii, not all rpgs). Good but complicated story line, but gameplay was lacking. For all except one part all you did was run in a straight line fighting people, without any choice about when do to stuff. i find it hard to classify as an rpg. maybe a platformer. fallout series ftw.

On Star Ocean The Last Hope today, I got to the second visit of Aeos, where you fight 8 phantom waves. My friends had so many complex tactics for me.
I just got +10k added HP to everyone and slapped their shit up with Myuria and Meracle.
