I just read it, but sometimes I shoot a big daddy, then when he's angry at me I run around the level and make him kill splicers, then happily walk through a loot-filled-corpse full level, killing big daddies in inventive ways for shits n giggles.
It's annoying and long, but fulfilling~

I also once jumped on a big daddy, glitched him, and rode on his head while he walked around with his little girl :3

But the most badass way is with nothing but the wrench (or only drill if it's Bioshock 2)

I never completed bioshock 1. I was a pussy those days. Got scared every few minutes lmao, then got bored near that part with the dead bodies nailed on the walls.
Since then, I've had a dose of puberty and completed bioshock 2, so I killed one with the drill. Drill rocks on bioshock 2 compared to wrench on 1 though, so it shouldn't count. :P

Well the first game is a lot more challenging i think, big daddys are hard as fuck if you don't have a good plan on how to take them on

Yeah. Splicers were harder (A little rarer though?) on 1. Big daddy on bioshock 1= 2 weapons of ammo and half of your EVE for me. (I sucked)
Big daddy on bioshock 2? A few clips if you're unlucky.
I always use EVE a lot on bio2 big daddies so I can freeze and shoot for much less hassle xD
Course I need to shoot them normal for the killing hit for loot, unfortunatly T~T
I wish there was a final boss battle on 2, like 1. All we got was a room full of brutes and Eleanor to kill them all anyway -o-

It's actually a bit scary at times

The level called Fort frolic was totally fucked up
Splicers with bunny masks trying to kill you and happy classical music in the backround, fucking brilliant if you ask me

I realised in a bathroom he froze them all and cut their god damned ears off
Then I realised every (even living) splicer had their ears cut off

The bee level made me giggle.
Where you had to get splicers into the room then the bees came back.
I spent most of my time just running in and out, killing splicers by bees xD

I also hated that level where the dead splicer bodies suddenly jump up and attack you. .-.
