Can't breathe is a fragment, missing a subject. Who can't breathe? Therefore, it is correct, assuming someone out of breath would leave out "I" from lack of oxygen. Also assuming the previous sentence was correct, your sentence suffers for grammatical errors. Your sentence has no subject, refer to sentence 2 in my rant. Who forgot the capitalization on "Can't"? So you should've put "...forgot" "the capitalization on 'Can't' *Gasp*" 3 things wrong with that. Instead of "on 'Can't'", it should be "of 'Can't'", speaking of something abstract, not concrete. Plus, "Can't", should have been left uncapitalized because you were referring to the previous sentence about being uncapitalized. Lastly, the "G" in "*Gasp*" should have been left lowercase, because it is neither a proper noun, nor start of a sentence, but demonstrating an action.
