I can't comprehend why she's wearing shoes. She's obviously wearing just underwear, so she either
A. Took off her pants, which would require taking off her shoes, which means she put her shoes back on afterwards even though the point of taking off her pants was to get more naked.
B. Was not wearing pants before this happened, which means that she was just wearing shoes and underwear, which is a very silly thing to do.
