in finland you ca buy mild alcoholic beverages at the age of 18 and the strong ones at the age of 20, from stores. also all of the alcohol is legal to purchase in when you turn 18 years old.

not true. the amount of alcohol you can buy is only limited by your money and soberness. meaning no money = no booze, too drunk = no booze from shops and the cops don´t raid your house unless you piss off your neighbors.
