Why abandon meat? Meat is healthy and you need proteins if you do exercise like this guy there runs and lifts weights.
Am I the only person on earth that thinks beer tastes like fucking piss?
I traded beer for weed five weeks ago, and I've lost 6 kg, even while building muscle. Oh weed, how I love thee.

Actually,beer dosent make you fat at all,its just the greasy foods you eat when you drink beer,to lets say stop you from getting a hangover,is what actually makes you fat,so as long as you cut down on the greasy shit [and dont mind a hangover or two] you can drink till ya puke,and it wont affect your diet really.

Beer actually helps you gain muscle mass, because it's a carbohydrate. If you exercise hard enough it's not that bad to drink beer.
I have no problem adding healthy shit to my diet, healthy shit can be fucking delicious, its cutting out the steaks and what not that is fucking hard. Also, how much peanut butter is too much peanut butter?
