"Cheerio" is how you say "goodbye". Also drinking tea is a stereotype of the English, not the British. Furthermore the way I read it was an English accent, because I have never heard a fellow Scotsman say "Cheerio chaps". So it would be "English Bingo" not "British Bingo". Also if you are going to troll, please have good grammar, and a working knowledge of how or who you are trolling. Enjoy your pathetic life and family, Mr Bingo.
