I is always in capital letters when talking about yourself and you do not use numbers unless it's a two or more digit number.

In actual fact, you can use numbers whenever you please. Also if you are such an articulate man or woman, you would correct your grammatical errors too. I won't tell you all of them, that would just ruin this lesson but I will give you a little clue:
