Thank you for noting this. What people don't understand about atheists and agnostics is that we can still be good people who enjoy life. I have friends who are Catholic, others Jewish, others Islamic, and others atheist. While I myself, as an agnostic, may not believe in all of what any one religion (or lack there of) states, I still believe in the community aspect of religion and how it brings people together and teaches humanitarian morals. God or not, there should be nothing stopping you from taking the good morals taught by religion and using them in your daily lives to further humanity as a whole.

tl;dr version: Just get along.

Oh. And may I enquire as to where that pic is from? It looks as if it's from twokinds.

And another thing. Quoting a book, ''good and evil are not names for what people are, but rather what they do.''

It basically says how it doesn't matter who you are, or what you believe in, it only matters what you do. It doesn't matter what you believe in when you do something like save lives as a doctor, or kill people as an extremists. If the deed is good, you're a better person for doing it. If it's bad, you get the idea, but it shouldn't take a deity or religious group to make you do something good, it should just take you being a good person.

All I've ever heard an agnostic say came out to be a steaming pile of reasonable.

Never heard an agnostic try to force their agnosticism on people, because they're are almost 100% awesome people who aren't arrogant enough to tell people how to live their lives

They're kind of just like the pussy version of atheists. Instead of actually bothering to form an opinion they just decide they don't care.

it's a branch of atheism,
the full name is agnostic atheism.
and being agnostic just means that we would rather not get involved
with all this **** and think about more important subjects.

My whole family is agnostic. We used to go to church but we stopped because it seemed hypocritical to go just for lip service
