Gay Vs. Straight

I think the anti-gay theories are fucking retarded and not very well thought out. For example:
"If we allow gay couples to adopt, then they will obviously raise gay children."
Because only straight couples, will raise straight children? Does anybody see the flaws in these theories?
"Homosexuality is unnatural."
Like airplanes, eyeglasses and other man made things.
"Gay marriage is not supported by religion."
Who gives a flying fuck?
"Homosexual marriage is invalid because they can't produce children."
And yet, old and infertile couples can get married.
"When it comes to gay adoption, a child will never succeed without both male and female parents."
And single parents are allowed to have children?
People who are against gays obviously don't know anybody who is gay. My sisters ex-boyfriend turned out to be gay. And he was the best guy I knew.

I have a different way of looking at it but I like it. When I get a commission in the army (im a cadet) I will not just be fighting for straight people but for gay people as well. I would defend a gay man or woman from an enemy just as I would a straight man or woman. I would take a bullet for a gay man just as I would a straight man. I don't care what you do with your life as long as your aloud to live it in the way you choose. 500 years from now we will all be rotting in the ground somewhere and very few of us as individuals will be remembered. But what we choose to do in situations like this will be what is remembered. Now I don't care what you think, but I sure as hell don't feel like being remembered as the people who wouldn't allow individuals the rights they were born with. Let them marry, let everyone live the way that this nation is supposed to allow them to live, as free people. Yes the picture was meant to get you to read this.

All gay people should have the same rights as anyone else. The fact that they don't is ridiculous and stupid, but to be honest, if the gay community wants to appeal to homophobes, maybe the pride parades are a bad idea. The best way to show that you are a normal, secure average person isn't to dress up in feathers and rainbow speedos and grind against each other up on a parade float in the middle of a crowded street.

The reason they don't let gay couples marry is because if they do that, then when they get a divorce, who will take all the stuff?

If two men get a divorce, there is no woman to say they want equal rights, so no one will get it.

If two women get a divorce, they will both want everything, and use the fact they are female as an excuse, so the legal fight will go on for years.

America just doesn't want this to happen, so they use gay marriage as an excuse, they really don't mind if they get married.

Gays are stupid for wanting to get married. Now they're just going to be miserable like the rest of us.

My moms a flight attendant so i'm always on flights and most of the flight attendants are gay males and they're the nicest people I've ever met.
