Not really. The difference is that video games are something that you do while music is a thing that happens to you. If someone posts music online and you listen to it, you got the same experience as the person who purchased the game.

However, if you were to watch a video of a game being played, the experience you have watching it varies wildly from the experience you could have playing the game.
