No I am saying the big ass plane that crashed into the side of the towers destroyed a good chunk of the concrete barriers. Do you know anything about how the building was laid out? it used a combination of steel and concrete for support. Both materials would be fine in the event of a fire under normal circumstances, but jetfuel burns at about double the temperature of a normal fire, melting the steel supports.
