To everybody hatin on the police, the man that stole the 3 billion may have paid his way out, and the homeless man probably chose the 15 year sentence so he can get medical attention and have a place to sleep and eat

considering he spent a fair chunk of his life fighting just to live and the fact he robbed a bank just to go into detox, i'd say he'll be just fine

Why? he's now getting free food, bed, and detox for the next 15 years, he's had to learn how to survive with much less, and so long as he doesn't **** with anybody, he won't be pulled into too much ****

well, he would call the guards and tell him his cell mate is threatening to rape him, or tell them his cell mate raped him. Also, family guy is a cartoon and mostly fictional, so i wouldn't go with their ideas of prison.

yea, but the inmate would be punished, possibly put into isolation, and he wouldn't do it again, it may have happened but it may not happen again

He's almost guaranteed to go to a white collar prison for that minor offense. None of those kind of people are there. Honestly, they're more like bad hotels than jail.

If you blame anyone, blame the judge. The judge sentenced the man, not the police

Sometimes I truly hate the legal system here. Did you guys know that here in Orlando it's illegal to give a homeless person food! FOOD for Christs sake! They expect us to look at a person who's starving and deny them food!
