Uhh, been a while since I did this, but I think it cannot, unless the entire breed is messing with us.

How about the Siberian Husky because they are awesome XD

The Siberian Husky can control their metabolism, higher or lower energy burning, so they don't get fat as easy when not working hard, but, can pull insane amounts of energy when they need it. Awesome XD They need to teach us this trick lol

More coolness on Huskies, just Google "Balto" and "Togo"

Dingo's don't bark...
I'm not sure, but I think wolves don't either?

Actually, dingos and wolves, and other wild dogs do bark, but barking is a form of canine communication which was mostly developed among domesticated breeds. Barking is a very simple and almost meaningless sound to wild dogs, being that they need to portray a myriad of messages with different howls, whines, and growls, but domesticated dogs have mostly gone with the need of these other vocalizations for that fact that human's immediately respond to a simple bark. While a bark can mean any number of things, it's just a general way of saying "HEY!" for canines.

Well now I know...
But I've been told all my life that dingo's only growl and howl. I've never heard one bark.

They really don't need to, but a bark is an easy sound to make. The only reason a basenji(and maybe one or two other breeds, though I don't know of any) can't bark, is because its physiology doesn't support the movements needed to produce the sound. Although, it is known for "singing" as a form of communication, being that its higher-pitched whines sort of fluctuate. To me it just sounds like yelping, but eh, that's what its called.
