Crazy Laws 2

I'm going to go to Massachusetts and yell "GOD IS NOT REAL!" until I get arrested. As soon as I'm arrested I'm going to bring the case to court and I'm going to sue the state of Massachusetts for doing so. Such a case will get great popularity and be brought to the Supreme Court. Once I'm in front of the Supreme Court I am going to claim how that this law is unconstitutional and impedes on my 1st Amendment's 5 given rights as a citizen of the United States. After doing that the Supreme Court will be practically forced to rule in my favor. Once I win the case I will be awarded much publicity and a lot of money from my lawsuit. Also, the law will be FORCED to be removed and I will be seen as a great American Hero.

The Arizona laws are not at all crazy or silly. In the Valley (Phoenix area) it regularly exceeds 100 degrees (Fahrenheit) during the Summers. Especially in times past, this could prove a death sentence if you went without hydration for too long, and even in recent years there have been a few deaths from heat stroke. The law is still very much enforced as well; businesses are regularly cited for not providing free water. Just watch out, a lot of them will charge you for the cup 'cause they're assholes. I'm not sure if the law allows you to knock on a strangers door and demand water, but any business that can has to provide you with drinking water.

Also, the Saguaro cactus is an endangered species. You go to jail for killing any endangered species. Duh.
